Nature of the Workshop
Love Yourself, Heal Your Life® is an educational and experiential personal-development workshop. The program may include guided reflection, journaling, Mirror Work, inner-child exploration, affirmations, visualization, emotional-awareness exercises, forgiveness work, partner exercises and group interaction.
Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing during the workshop. You are encouraged to participate at a level that feels appropriate for you and to communicate with the workshop leader if you require support or do not feel comfortable participating in a particular activity.
Not Medical or Psychological Treatment
This workshop is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, counselling, medical treatment or a substitute for professional healthcare. No diagnosis, treatment or cure of any medical or mental-health condition is promised or implied. If you are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, or experiencing significant physical, psychological or emotional distress, you are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Confidentiality & Respect
The workshop is intended to provide a respectful and private environment for personal exploration. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants. Personal stories, experiences or information shared by another participant during the workshop must not be disclosed outside the workshop without that participant's permission.
Photography, Audio & Recording
Recording workshop sessions, exercises, meditations, participant sharing or workshop material by audio, video, photography, screen recording or any other means is not permitted unless prior permission has been provided by the organiser. Any official photographs or videos taken by the organiser will be used only with appropriate participant consent.
Workshop Materials & Intellectual Property
All workshop manuals, worksheets, exercises, presentations, handouts and related materials are provided for the registered participant's personal use only. Workshop materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, taught, uploaded online, recorded or used commercially without appropriate authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Meals & Refreshments
Lunch and refreshments are included on both workshop days. Participants with food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should inform the organising team in advance. Reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary requirements; however, specific arrangements cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the organiser.
Attendance
Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both workshop days in full and arrive on time. The workshop is structured as a complete two-day experiential journey, and activities on the second day may build upon experiences and exercises completed earlier in the program.
Venue or Schedule Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the venue, schedule, timing or logistical arrangements where circumstances require. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as early as reasonably possible.
Cancellation by the Organiser
If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser and no suitable alternative date is offered or accepted by the participant, the workshop fee received will be refunded in full. The organiser will not be responsible for reimbursement of travel, accommodation or other personal or incidental expenses incurred by participants in connection with attending the workshop.
Participant Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
Because this is an intimate workshop limited to only 25 participants, each confirmed registration reserves a seat that may otherwise have been offered to another participant. If you need to cancel your registration, please inform the organising team in writing by email or WhatsApp. Cancellation on or before 10 September 2026: 100% of the workshop fee will be refunded, less any non-recoverable payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable. Cancellation between 11 September and 25 September 2026: 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded. Cancellation on or after 26 September 2026: The workshop fee will be non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Transfer of Your Seat
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your confirmed seat to another person. A seat transfer may be permitted once, provided that: (a) the request is received no later than 7 October 2026; (b) the replacement participant provides all required registration information; and (c) the transfer is approved and confirmed by the organising team. A transferred registration cannot subsequently be refunded.
No-Show or Partial Attendance
No refund will be provided if a participant: (a) does not attend the workshop; (b) arrives late or leaves early; (c) attends only one of the two workshop days; or (d) chooses not to continue participating after the workshop has commenced.
Postponement or Rescheduling
If circumstances require the workshop to be postponed or rescheduled, the participant's registration will automatically be transferred to the new workshop date. If the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they may request a refund within 7 days of receiving notification of the revised date.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever reasonably possible. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or financial institution.
Behaviour & Participation
Participants are expected to interact respectfully with the workshop leader, assistants and other participants. The organiser reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the workshop if their conduct seriously disrupts the program, threatens the wellbeing of others, repeatedly violates confidentiality or does not comply with reasonable workshop guidelines. In such circumstances, any refund will be at the organiser's discretion, subject to applicable law.
