The small details that help you feel prepared, welcomed, and at ease.
01Who is this workshop for — and who should not attend?+
This workshop is open to anyone (18+) who feels ready to look inward, release old emotional patterns, and build a kinder relationship with themselves. It is NOT suitable for people currently undergoing psychiatric treatment or psychotherapy, those with a history of continuous severe mental stress, or anyone with a history of coronary conditions. If you are unsure whether it's right for you at this moment, please email us before joining the waiting list and we will guide you honestly.
02What does "growth, not therapy" actually mean?+
This is an educational and experiential personal-growth workshop — not a clinical, medical, or therapeutic intervention. The facilitator is a certified coach, not a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist, and the workshop does not diagnose or treat any mental-health condition. You participate voluntarily and remain fully responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after the program. If you are already in therapy, please continue with your therapist — this work is meant to complement, not replace, professional care.
03What can I expect across the two days?+
Day 1 is about awareness — gentle self-inquiry, understanding the thoughts and beliefs that have been running quietly underneath your life, and beginning inner-child reflection in a safe, held space. Day 2 moves into release — forgiveness work, a letting-go ritual, deeper self-love practice, and a closing circle. Both days flow between guided exercises, mirror work, journaling, group sharing (always optional), short audio-visual segments, and grounded breaks. Expect to feel — and to be supported through it.
04Will I be forced to share personal things in front of the group?+
Never. Every exercise is an invitation, never a demand. You can sit quietly, journal privately, sit out a process, take a break, or step outside whenever you need to. Confidentiality within the room is a foundational agreement — what is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
05What if difficult emotions come up during or after the workshop?+
This is normal and welcomed — gentle emotional release is part of the process. The facilitator and assistants are present throughout to support you. After the workshop, please be kind to yourself: rest, hydrate, journal, and avoid heavy commitments for a day if possible. If anything that surfaces feels beyond what self-care can hold, please reach out to a qualified mental-health professional. We're happy to point you toward resources if you ask.
06What is your refund and cancellation policy?+
Seats are confirmed once payment is received. A full refund (minus processing fees) is available up to 21 days before the workshop. Between 20 and 8 days, 50% is refundable. Within 7 days of the start date, the seat becomes non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant or to the next cohort, subject to availability.
07What language is the workshop conducted in?+
The workshop is primarily conducted in English, with Hindi and Marathi used naturally where it helps participants feel at ease. All written materials are provided in English.
08What should I bring with me?+
A journal and pen, a refillable water bottle, a light shawl or layer for comfort, and loose, breathable clothing you can sit and move in. A yoga mat is helpful but not required — cushioned seating is provided. Please leave laptops behind; phones will be kept on silent during sessions.
09Is the venue accessible?+
Yes. The venue has step-free access, an elevator, and accessible restrooms. If you have specific mobility, sensory, or seating needs, please mention them when you join the waiting list and we will personally arrange the support you need.
10Are meals provided? Can you accommodate dietary needs?+
Two sattvic vegetarian meals plus tea and refreshments are included on each day. We can accommodate vegan, jain, gluten-free, and most allergy-conscious requirements with advance notice — simply share your needs in the waiting list form.
11Do I need any prior experience with healing or meditation?+
Not at all. The workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as long-time seekers. Every practice is gently guided, and you are always invited to participate at your own pace.
12Will the workshop be recorded or available online?+
No. This is an intentionally offline, intimate experience — the work is held in a safe, in-person container. Nothing is recorded so that every participant can be fully present.
Still have a question? Mention it when you join the waiting list and we'll respond personally.
