A moment of recognition
Some things we carry quietly, for years.
You keep repeating patterns you thought you had already moved beyond.
You find yourself being kinder to others than you are to yourself.
Old criticism or painful messages still influence how you see yourself.
You struggle to fully receive love, appreciation or support.
You carry emotions from the past even when part of you wants to move forward.
You know something needs to change, but you're unsure where that change really begins.
None of this means something is wrong with you. It usually means something inside has been waiting for attention.
The inner world
Your relationship with yourself quietly shapes everything.
- how we speak to ourselves
- what we believe we deserve
- how we experience relationships
- the choices we repeatedly make
- how comfortable we are receiving love or support
- how we respond when life becomes difficult
When that relationship begins to change, life often begins to feel different too.
What you'll experience
Ten movements across two days.
This is an experiential workshop. You are not asked to perform, prove or perfect anything — only to be present with what is already there.
- 01
Discover the Beliefs Beneath the Surface
Become more aware of the beliefs and messages that may still be influencing the way you see yourself and experience life.
- 02
Explore the Mind–Body Connection
Become more conscious of the relationship between thoughts, emotions, stress and your experience of your body.
- 03
Notice the “Shoulds”
Explore the expectations, obligations and inner rules that may be shaping your choices.
- 04
Reconnect With Your Inner Child
Experience guided reflection designed to help you reconnect with younger parts of yourself and the messages carried from earlier life experiences.
- 05
Experience Mirror Work
Explore one of the best-known practices associated with Louise Hay's approach to developing greater self-awareness and self-love.
- 06
Recognise Negative Messages
Notice habitual criticism and limiting messages and begin creating more supportive ways of speaking to yourself.
- 07
Explore Emotional Release
Create space to acknowledge emotions you may have been carrying and experience structured personal-development exercises around letting go.
- 08
Explore Forgiveness
Explore forgiveness as an inner process — not as approval of what happened, and never as something that must be forced.
- 09
Create New Affirmations
Learn to consciously develop affirmations that support the way you want to think, feel and move forward.
- 10
Write a New Story
Reflect on what you want to carry forward and begin creating a more intentional inner narrative for your life.

Integration & Connection
Bring the experience together and identify what you want to take into everyday life.

The room
A maximum of 25 people.
The group is kept intentionally small so the space stays personal, unhurried and safe. Nothing is forced, and nothing needs to be shared before you are ready.
- Confidentiality
- Personal experiences shared within the group should be treated respectfully and privately.
- Choice
- Participants are encouraged to engage authentically without being forced to disclose what they do not wish to share.
- Respect
- Every person's experience may be different.
- Presence
- The workshop is designed to be experienced with attention, curiosity and openness.

Voices from the room
What people carry home.
Reflections shared by past participants after their two days.
I walked in carrying twenty years of self-criticism and walked out with a voice inside me that finally sounded kind. The mirror work broke something open I didn't know was closed.
