Your reflection stays private.

We collect only what is needed to provide your reflection and understand broad, anonymous community patterns.

What is collected

Your first name, the 25 answers you choose, five calculated dimension results, your assigned affirmation and practice, start and completion dates, and an optional area of interest. WhatsApp and email are optional.

Why it is collected

Your information creates and restores your personal reflection. Completed results also contribute to combined community insights such as average dimensions and common areas asking for more love.

How results are calculated

Each dimension contains five responses scored from one to five. Four negatively worded reflections are reverse-scored. Each dimension is normalised from 0 to 100. No single overall self-love score is created.

Private and aggregate use

Your individual answers, name and contact details are never displayed publicly. Administrator insights use combined completed results and do not identify participants. Your browser also stores a private recovery key so you can continue after closing the page.

Your choices

You can receive your complete reflection without providing WhatsApp or email. You may clear unfinished progress by choosing Start Again. For questions or a data request, contact Kishore through the official Instagram link in this experience.
